On-Site manager at our garment distribution centre in Headcorn

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills who has experience of working within a highly customer-focused service environment, can develop effective working relationships across all levels of management and staff and who has great attention to detail. Self-motivated and well spoken, you will be flexible to react quickly to the needs of the customer & Elis.

The role

We are looking to appoint an on-site Premises Distributor to ensure the needs of both the customer and the company are met.

The purpose of this role is to manage the garment distribution on the customers site; preparing the dirty garments for collection by the delivery driver, the movement of the garments to and from the delivery vehicle to the lockers/garment area, distributing the clean garments delivered into the respective wearers lockers/shelving correctly and managing any garment issues raised by the wearer/customer, i.e. communicating queries to the Customer Relations Advisor or OPD Supervisor.

Please note that this role is of physical nature and includes moving hamper bags up and down stairs. It is also essential that you are computer literate as a company iPad is provided along with a company mobile phone.

Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.

  • 6-8 hours per week, Mondays and Wednesdays (inc Bank Holidays).
