We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic Head Chef to join our highly motivated and focused kitchen brigade here at the Edgbaston Priory Club in the heart of Birmingham.
People are at the heart of everything that EPC does – the people who work for us, along with the people who are members that fill the club on a daily basis. We are dedicated to delivering an exceptional members experience, and believe a key area for the club is through delivery of great food.
In this role you will be the lead of our culinary team and will have the passion to deliver a great food experience to our customers/members. Main duties would include:
Provision of quality, inspiring, fresh food for our retail and corporate clients.
Leading a talented and passionate team – showing them culinary excellence.
Oversee a busy kitchen operation.
Overseeing stock control, wastage management and menu development.

The role is 5 days over 7 which will include working evenings, weekends, school and bank holidays.
40 hours a week. Hours from 8am – 9.30pm Mon – Fri. 8am – 6pm Saturdays. 8am – 4pm Sundays.
