About Hampton by Hilton Edinburgh Airport

Our new build Hampton by Hilton Edinburgh Airport, adjacent to Edinburgh International Airport made its' debut at the beginning of 2019.  This 240 bedroom property is 6-storey, & includes public areas, contemporary reception area, stylish bar & an adjoining car park, giving a whole new experience to our Guests travelling in and out of Scotland's busiest airport.

In addition to this, our Kitchen Assistant will be responsible for preparing and presenting high quality dishes to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Kitchen will also be required to do the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Ensure consistent cleanliness of the kitchen area
• Cleanliness of all crockery and Kitchen Items
• Preparation of Salad items and Cold products
• Receiving and Storage of all deliveries
• Provide support to the Kitchen Brigade and other departments
• Supporting Kitchen Brigade with maintain food safety and stock control
