What are you going to do:
Working with a reputable specialist broker and within fantastic offices, the successful candidate will benefit from an extremely varied role that will interact with a huge range of stakeholder, including brokers, account handlers and technicians.
The role will involve
- Planning and scheduling meetings, including catering
- Managing diaries and coordinating travel
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
- Answering telephones on behalf of team and taking concise messages
- Reconciling monthly expenses.
- Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations for meetings
- Taking minutes in meetings as and when required
- General administrative activities, including filing, scanning, archiving and photocopying
