What are you going to do:
Key Responsibilities
- Helping with data crunching, for specific analysis pieces
- Managing implementation of marketing emails
- Collating all marketing leads from the different channels onto one comprehensive list as well as keeping track of the leads’ performance.
- Supporting the marketing Dept with administrative tasks.
- Collating and putting together the figures for reports, like the ECP.
- Updating online event listings
- Cleaning internal database as required.
- Helping prepare email campaigns for partners.
Key Attributes, Skills and Experience
- Studying- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Design & Technology or Business Administration
- Knowledge in a core marketing discipline such as events, advertising, or PR.
- Understanding of core marketing competencies including PR, Content Marketing, Advertising, Brand and Events Management.
- Social Media Savvy; Experience using LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter to communicate to a business audience
- Proficient with Microsoft package, especially excel.
- Fluent in English. Other languages may be a plus (especially French).
- Excellent written and oral communications skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
