Receptionist role available at a laser and beauty clinic in London

What are you going to do:

Key duties;

• To welcome clients and guests into the Clinic  showing them to the appropriate changing rooms and introducing to therapists, if having treatments.
• To be responsible for receiving enquiries and reservations by telephone, email and directly to the standard required by clinic.
• To prepare the lockers and public areas as per our standard procedures for our day clinic and treatment  clients. 
• To set up bills for each clients , who has had treatments and charge to appropriate account, entering all amounts into account book at the end of the day.
• To be responsible for co-ordinating on a daily basis the therapists and their appointments as set in the appointment dairy.
• To assist with ordering when required by the Clinic manager.
