Wren Kitchens are looking for hardworking individuals to join their family owned manufacturer and retailer of fitted kitchens. Full training is provided so previous experience is not required!
Our Weekend Sales Advisor are based in our amazing showrooms nationwide. As our showrooms receive 50% of our footfall over the weekend, we are looking for 12 hour Information Advisors to work every Saturday and Sunday. You will work 6 hours each day, usual start time would be between 10am and 12noon, finishing between 4pm and 6pm.
This role is perfect for people with family commitments or a part time role during the week who want to develop themselves and their career. This could be the start of an amazing career with the Number 1 Kitchen retailer.
The role
Every weekend, our showrooms are full of eager customers excitedly shopping for their brand-new kitchen. As our showrooms are so busy we are looking for Information Advisor to welcome and engage with all of our potential customers and deliver the exceptional Wren service that we are so proud of.
You'll proactively approach customers to show them around the showroom and our kitchen ranges while confidently talking about, and introducing them to, Wren Kitchens. You'll be able to show your enthusiasm for our kitchens and our customers kitchens. Engaging them in genuine and enjoyable conversation and asking all the right questions to understand their needs. The whole time actively listening to create quality leads and selling our free home survey and design appointments to our customers.
All the training you’ll need will be provided along with the tools to do the job and a uniform.
What we have on offer
Fantastic pay – best pay package in the kitchen sector and amazing incentives during our peak seasons. You will receive £8.21ph and generous commissions boosting this to an OTE of £14-18ph, with uncapped commission the sky’s the limit.

A bit about you
You’ll have a real passion for delivering the very best customer service,creating a relaxed and enjoyable shopping experience for all our customers. You will be a confident and effective communicator with an eye for detail and design. Smart appearance with a can-do attitude is a must. Previous experience in a sales or KPI lead environment would be advantageous but enthusiasm to drive your own performance and personally succeed and smash targets is essential!
