G&E have a market leading commission scheme, paying up to 60% of fee in commission to top performing consultants.
We run numerous monthly, quarterly and yearly incentive schemes throughout the year. Recent incentives have included Michelin Star Dinners, Clay Pigeon Shooting, Go-Karting, Paintballing, a weekend in Barcelona, a weekend in Berlin and even a Rolex. Our most recent quarter incentive trip was to Ibiza!
You will be afforded the opportunity for substantial international travel. Given we are a global firm, you are expected to meet your clients face to face wherever they are. This year our consultants have travelled to Charlotte, Dallas, West Africa, New York, Cannes, Paris & Las Vegas on business.
