As one of our talented sales advisors you will provide welcoming, authentic and personalized service to our customers in order to achieve all customer service and sales targets. Roles & Responsibilities:

Client Experience

  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals through co-Creating Simply Amazing Experiences.

  • Greet all clients who enter the counter with warmth and enthusiasm; clients should feel connected to Clinique through storytelling, and not hard sales pitches.

  • Represent Clinique’s brand philosophy of simple routines to achieve remarkable results using Clinique skincare, foundation and color

  • Wear the Clinique Lab Coat with style and pride, following the Clean and Simple guidelines

  • Determine client’s skin and makeup goals and suggest product solutions to help client achieve these goals.

  • Conducts skin care and makeup applications demonstrating expertise, professionalism and care.

  • Use agreed techniques to attract clients from in the store and retain their business.

  • Have flexible rota availability, for example, evenings and weekends.

  • As required, provide You-time Services to clients.

  • As a team member, assist in maintaining counter and stockroom.

Education

  • Successfully complete Discover Clinique at the Point of Experience prior to attending

  • I Am Clinique.

  • Successfully complete all learning courses

  • Participate and complete all curriculum as invited:

  • I Am Clinique Seminar

  • Seasonal Strategy Seminar(s)

  • Accreditation Level 1

  • Master Class

  • Accreditation Level 2: Clinical Consultant Seminar

  • Participate in at-counter/in-store Workshops

  • Independently and regularly reference Educational materials such as:

  • Source Book

  • Quick Guide to Great Skin

  • Seminar Workbooks

  • Complete all e-learning modules and stay up to date on new products

  • Inform Counter Manager or SEE should additional training be required.

Operations

  • Perform and comply with all policies and procedures.

  • Strive to be an “expert” in assigned responsibilities.

  • Participate in stock control.

  • Complete all delegated tasks promptly and accurately.

  • Maintain store safety standards.

  • Be aware of competitive brands and products.

  • Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.

  • Be knowledgeable of special events within the store.

  • Perform other counter related duties as assigned.

  • Be accountable for your own results i.e. your achievements and goals

Qualifications

  • Previous retail industry/guest services experience is desirable (preferably within beauty)

  • All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service

  • Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment

  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is desirable

  • Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview
