We’re looking for a confident self-starter to help us scale our operations in Birmingham by onboarding new massage therapists to the platform.
Urban is a UK based start-up that is looking to fundamentally change the wellness industry. We are the largest provider of at-home, on-demand massage in the UK and France, using technology to connect >1,500 qualified therapists across London, Birmingham, Manchester, and Paris with clients in need of a massage. In the coming years, we aim to democratise wellness globally, using smart technology to reshape how people access fitness, beauty and medical products and services.
We’re looking for a confident self-starter to help us scale our operations in Birmingham by onboarding new massage therapists to the platform.
Quality and safety are of utmost importance to us, when a new therapist applies to work with us they have to complete a trade test (to assess their massage skills) and present a clean DBS certificate from the last 12 months before they’re allowed to start delivering treatments - this is where you come in.
We need a proactive individual to meet prospective new therapists and guide them through the trade test, check their ID and educate them on how our app works. You’ll be required to travel to meet potential therapists around Birmingham, and should be able to work around a flexible schedule.
