Digital Marketing Graduate Program in London

We’re looking for someone in the early stages of their digital career to join our team at BOXT. This role offers an opportunity to work for a multi award-winning technology start up across a broad range of disciplines. You’ll be provided with training and development in Product Management, Data Analysis, Marketing/Social, User Experience & Interface Design, Software Engineering and Testing. Although this is a generalist role there would be an opportunity to specialise in one or more of these areas as your career develops.

What are you going to do:

Day to day work will vary in this dynamic role, but you'll likely work across some or all of these areas:

Data-driven analysis

  • Analyse overall customer satisfaction
  • Analyse performance of new product features
  • Analyse marketing/social campaigns and develop strategies to make future improvements

Marketing & social media lifecycle

  • Create and deliver marketing content and campaigns
  • Optimise content via social media
  • Track campaign results
  • Assist with video shoots and multi-media production

Product delivery & development lifecycle

  • Understand the product vision to help prioritise the product backlog
  • Support with mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals

Customer focus

  • Understand key customer needs and market basics
  • Keep up to date with the market and competitors
  • Assist with implementing optimisation tests

Technical skills

  • Support the team's software testing efforts
  • Monitor the performance of the website
  • Use technologies to assist day to day tasks (Jira, Trello)
  • Use a broad range of software (Office, Keynote, Excel, Google Analytics) to support the business's needs

What we offer:

  • 21 days holiday plus 5 unpaid extra days if you would like them
  • 1 additional day’s holiday for every year completed up to a maximum of 5
