Young Pathfinders is the ultimate survival and adventure club for children. Our activities are not only fun, adventurous and interactive, we give children from all walks of life the opportunity to experience the great outdoors whilst learning some life changing skills. In our ambition to expand and open new clubs at various locations we are looking to take on new Pathfinder Instructor Team Leaders (managers) and Team Members. You will give children the opportunity to join the hundreds of Pathfinders that attend our clubs, schools, events and holiday activities.
You will become part of a team learning survival and adventure skills such as shelter building, fire lighting, first aid, water purification, foraging to climbing trees or taking part in a Nerf battle to swinging through the trees on rope swings to wild camping and so much more.
Young Pathfinders are passionate that our clubs are educational, enjoyable, challenging and rewarding. The experience equips children with skills for their future, broadening their horizons giving them opportunities to experience activities that children of previous generations took for granted.
