What are you going to do:
Job Details:
- Freelance contract
- Salary: depending on experience
Main Job responsibilities :
- Prepare and produce macarons
- Develop new flavours and shapes
- Work with the head chef to ensure all orders are produced with care and attention
- Maintain a high standard of delivery at all times
- Ensure that all health and safety legislation and guidelines are implemented, adhered to and reviewed regularly, in respect of kitchen, employees, machinery, equipment and hygiene.
- Ensure all areas are clean and tidy after production
- Responsible for determining what items need to be purchased for the kitchen/orders and keeping good stock controls
- Liaising with manager to ensure that all orders are completed on time.
