What are you going to do:
The S Events has an amazing opportunity for an event-enthusiast to join our friendly team for a 4-week project-based events internship.
During this 4-week internship, you will receive on-the-job training in many areas of event management, assisting our events team in completing a live project with a possibility to be part of the actual event taking place this Winter. This is a film-based event in a landmark in Brighton.
Example of the day-to-day at the office
- Internal meeting with the team to discuss progress and align with the project timeline, event and social media planning
- Sourcing for event supplies/suppliers online and social media
- Data management and consolidation
- Email correspondence to organise site visits, meetings and event delivery
Suitable candidate:
- Proactive with can do attitude and attention to detail with great problem solving skills.
- Fast learner, ability to multi task, priorities and complete tasks within agreed deadline.
- Enjoys working in a team and engaging with others
Work travel expenses will be reimbursed and lunch is provided
