Extra information

Once Collective creates an environment where freelancers can contribute to a real community, that will support them in achieving a life of freedom and purpose. A recommendation based network that shares resources, job leads, skills and talent.

Starting out the collective is positioned between a creative agency and production company. We believe that by visualising future ideals we can define what we do with our lives today. By guiding clients in their branding strategy and developing concept films in line with their beliefs we will help bring audiences with them on their journey. Services can expand to other areas from this as the collective scales, acting as plug in services to growing businesses.

By providing both the pathway and opportunities for freelancing, the collective demonstrates a lifestyle for unsatisfied workers without purpose.Instead of developing people around a product, the people are provided a fulfilling lifestyle and the product is the compounded output of the eco-system in response to clients/customers needs. Any work done or data recorded is categorised and redirected to help other similar projects improving the whole environment for innovation.

By providing a place for members where their reputation can support them in their endeavours, this helps them to reach their full potential. The Collective becomes the net and the rocket fuel over the long term.
