This role will support the staff within the Programme Management Office. The main duties will be the administration of project related meetings, the auditing of project progress within the Project Server system, and the monitoring of the team mailbox and then triage as appropriate.
The successful candidate will gain experience in working in an office environment and contributing towards the overall development ofthe team. They will be exposed to project and programme work of all levels, in particular the governance structures that have been put in place and the reporting requirements for each piece of work.
The post-holder will be trained in the use of the internal systemProject Server and will gain experience in the practical use of all Microsoft packages but in particular SharePoint and MS Project.
