Assisting the chef with a variety of duties. Including, but not limited to, weighing out ingredients, peeling vegetables, cleaning plates, pots & pans, getting stock items for the chef, whisking, mixing, straining purees etc.
Working in a kitchen alongside the head chef. Carrying out very precise work, as and when directed. From peeling & chopping vegetables, weighing out ingredients, passing purees through sieves, cleaning plates, pots & pans.
