Marketing Intern for Margin Reform in London

Margin Reform is a boutique management and information technology consultancy that provides advice and solutions to firms that require help navigating through their challenges in the margin, collateral and legal space. Margin Reform believe that with an experienced focus on the design and structure of approach to all challenges and issues, significantly increases the chances of a positive transformation and implementation experience.

10 - 20 hours per week

What are you going to do:

We are looking for a driven and ambitious graduate or student to join our company as an intern for 6 to 9 months on a part-time (2-3 days/week) basis. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the execution of Margin Reform’s marketing strategy. There will be occasional travel to London for meetings but the candidate can work remotely. The ideal candidate will be someone looking for an opportunity to learn on the job, not afraid to ask questions in order to self-develop.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor activities and data from HubSpot CRM
  • Update the company’s website with new content (WordPress/Divi)
  • Execute email marketing campaign (Mailchimp)
  • Support the management of social media channels (posts, design and analytics)
  • Ensure all firm collateral adheres to brand guidelines
  • Assist with the collation of information for promotional literature
  • Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)
  • Support events management (roundtables, conferences etc.)
  • Support the coordination of brand collaborations and partnerships
  • Support partners in ad-hoc business requirements
  • Ad hoc administration responsibilities

The salary is 17500/year pro rata

  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
  • Well-organised with a customer-oriented approach
  • Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (Hubspot, Google Analytics, MailChimp, Canva etc.)
  • Exquisite communication and people skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent written and spoken English
