office assistant in London

North London based Company is looking for Office Assistant.

What are you going to do:

Key duties:

  • Dealing with in and outgoing customers calls
  • Welcoming client to the office and providing them with refreshment.
  • Dealing with all clients enquires
  • Providing wide ranging, ad-hoc administrative assistance
  • Organizing office supplies and stationery
  • Arranging and booking meetings with clients and updating office diary
  • Organizing and updating customer database
  • Data input into - Sage Line 50, Sage payroll & Microsoft excel.
  • Data entry and processing online.
  • Facebook, twitter, youtube and other forms of social media marketing.
  • Filing papers

  • At least finished college A levels
  • We are looking for a bright, energetic, self-motivated and pro-active person
  • No experience required
  • Excellent communication skills
  • At least A levels or BTec

  • Some MS Office (Excel,Word,Outlook)
