What are you going to do:
- Responsible for the technical support through different canals (phone, social media, mail, chat);
- Assessment of needs and inquiries for users;
- Provide efficient assistance through personalized relations with customers;
- Participate and bring ideas to sustain constant improvement of processes;
- Ensure that customer receive feedbacks in a timely manner;
