What are you going to do:
Our vacancies are based in Leyton and Leytonstone. We have full-time part-time and weekend opportunities.
- Assist with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, eating and toileting.
- Support with prescribed medication. Grossdale Care will provide training about medication administration.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as dusting, vacuuming and changing bed linens
- Assist in the safe lifting, transferring, repositioning and movement of clients in their home, following training by Grossdale Care.
- Observe, monitor and record physical and emotional well-being, and promptly report any changes to senior staff.
- Encourage to participate in social and recreational activities.
- To assist Clients in the morning, lunchtime, afternoon, evening and night as required by their individual Support Plan.
- To provide the highest level of personal care (toileting, washing, bathing etc) and attention to Clients, following individual Support Plans
- Preparation of snacks and light meals according to the Client’s preferences.
- Sometimes, general cleaning duties, which include to wash items used by Client to eat his or her meal, also dusting and vacuuming.
- Other duties include bed-making and support to take prescribed medication.
