Butlin's has been creating wonderful holiday memories since 1936. An integral part of this has always been our fantastic Entertainments Team, delivering exceptional shows to entertain all our guests.  Responsible for the day to day guest experience, our Redcoats are the face of Butlin’s and an ambassador of our culture and our Butlin’s sparkle.

The purpose of the role:

•Taking part in daytime and evening activities, assisting productions and adding value to the offer by encouraging and managing the experience
•Taking part in various entertainment programmes, host venue experiences, welcome our guests and assist our guests with any needs
•Interacting with all our performances on and off stage, running workshops and family activities as well as assisting with lots of exciting entertainment events   
•Provide our guests with an incredible entertainment package which they can experience in the most enjoyable and comfortable way
•Vacancy is also responsible for bringing our characters to life and maintaining brand standards for external suppliers
•Perform in and out of character supporting a variety of shows and experiences such as The Teletubbies, Paddington and Billy and Bonnie shows.  

We are looking for candidates who:

•We are seeking the ultimate holiday host to encourage our guests to have an enjoyable time with us
•The ideal candidate should be between the heights 5ft to 6ft due to the characters they will play
•Have attention to detail and a creative flair, with the ability to communicate at all levels and thrive under pressure
•Inspire and motivate other team members with passion, energy and commitment
•Be open to learning new skills and developing your own knowledge of Butlin's
