What are you going to do:

Job roles;

• Assisting with our rental operations – dealing with new and existing customers to ensure smooth operation
• Maintaining our fleet of rental bikes - troubleshooting and carrying out basic repairs
• Organising our inventory available rental
• Keeping records of all rentals and providing regular updates
• Occasionally assisting in other areas such as sales and business development

Extra information

Essential skills and characteristics

• Interest and basic knowledge of electric vehicles and/or bicycles
• Basic practical knowledge of bicycle mechanics is a plus
• Customer focused with excellent communication skills
• Work productively and effectively within a small team
• Organised and have an excellent attention to detail
• Able to organise and prioritise own workload
• Must to be fluent in written and spoken English
