Key details;

• You will be required to deliver person centred care and support to individuals living in their own homes,
• You will be required to visit people in their own homes and deliver care as required this may be assisting with the following:
• Personal care
• Washing and dressing,
• Medication support,
• Meal and fluid support,
• General house hold duties
• Social support and engagement
• Escort support ( hairdressers/ medical appoinments etc)
