Kitchen Team Member - Minehead Do you want a career working for The Times Best Big Company in the UK? 

An exciting position has arisen within our catering team. As a Kitchen Team member you will be responsible for the Kitchen areas in a fast paced, high volume environment.

The purpose of the role:
•Be responsible for the smooth, safe and hygienic running of the pot wash and kitchen prep area.
•Ensuring that our cutlery and crockery are in pristine condition for our guests. 
•Ensuring that your fellow kitchen team have everything they need to create fantastic food to deliver a dining experience that our guests will value and remember.
•To follow the procedures for minimal wastage throughout the kitchen 
•to maintain the correct procedures for stock control and monitoring according to departmental policy
•to assist with deliveries into the kitchen as required
•To prepare menu items as per the chef's requirements
•To assist with the preparation of general menu items as required by the Senior Chef

We are looking for candidates who:

•Are able to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and split shifts
