Producer in London

Our Client is a creative agency and are seeking a heavily detail oriented freelance Producer who has a natural flair for motivating teams.

Already having branding and design agency experience you will be managing administrative tasks, have excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering high-end creative projects on time and on budget.

As Producer you will be working with skilled creatives, strategists and a design team to ensure clients are managed and smooth running of all branding & design work through to delivery.


Create and manage budgets, schedules and all necessary logistics/timings for projects
Attend concept and brainstorm meetings
Handle all back-end production tasks such as cost tracking and management of invoices and POs
Working collaboratively with external producers
End to end campaign experience - 1/2 years production experience in a reputable agency
Experienced in creating content - Have an understanding of management and planning
High attention to detail
Good level of verbal and written communication skills

Skills and knowledge;

Familiar with brand design process and everything involved in meeting client briefs

Able to interpret key deliverables list and other production documentation/templates

Able to manage several tasks at once

Able to plan ahead and ensure everything and anything is prepped ahead of schedule (incl. agenda, travel, printed material, consumables, catering, venue)

Quality Control is essential to the role ensuring ALL outputs are checked and meet company standards

Good working Excel skills are essential
