Business Development Manager - Boutique Digital Agency in London

An incredible multi-award-winning full-service boutique digital agency with a talented team of marketing strategists, creatives and developers. They believe that with the right information and expertise, anything is possible.

Due to continued success they are looking for a bright, confident and ambitious Business Development Manager to join their execution team in London.

Responsibilities;

*Plan and deliver a sales strategy to generate incremental revenue
*Identify advertisers across target segments based on detailed research
*Contact prospects on a regular basis through relevant channels, manage ongoing follow up and secure introductions with senior management team
*Manage the sales pipeline and associated reporting
*Work with our teams to support winning pitch delivery
*Proactively build and maintain strong relationships within the UK advertising space
*Manage your own diary in regards to face to face meetings
*Build and maintain first class product, industry and competitor knowledge
*Collaborate with the wider team to seek out any opportunity for cross selling
*Ensure all revenue targets and KPIs are exceeded
*Ensure CRM is up-to-date and accurate at all times

Requirements;

*Relevant experience in selling agency services
*An avid networker and strong relationship builder
*Demonstrable track record in exceeding targets and experience in selling digital services & finding creative solutions
*Extremely organised
*Broad knowledge of digital marketing and the media landscape/role of media agencies
*Proficiency in MS Office - particularly Powerpoint
*Presenting to senior client/agency contacts
*Thanks to your engaging character you are able to quickly build relationships while demonstrating authority
*Great communicator, both written and verbal
*You have a natural curiosity and keep your ear to the ground when it comes to industry news and are interested in brands and marketing
*Proactive, enthusiastic, flexible, communicative and calm in stressful situations/tight deadlines
*Ability to work with multiple internal, senior stakeholders
