Client Relations Internship in luxury industry in London

We are looking for candidates who are well-presented and showcase a genuine interest in learning how the Bespoke industry operates, and who understand the importance of personal customer engagement in the luxury sector. A strong knowledge and appreciation of the full Bespoke process, from design inception to delivery, is essential and will be learnt on the role. Due to the training you would receive as part of the internship, all candidates have to be available full-time 3 to 6 months, beginning January 2020.

What are you going to do:

  • Welcoming all visitors to the studio
  • Showroom maintenance - Meeting prep throughout the full client life cycle - Support with private client appointments Administrative support across all client-oriented tasks
  • Collecting and shipping fabric samples - Regular client liaison (confirming design appointments and fittings) 
  • Assisting in the development of client retention strategy - Social media support - Researching and reaching out to potential new customers 
  • Supplier liaison (maintaining a good relationship and staying up to date with any collection or pricing samples) What you will gain
  • Problem solving: you will be encouraged to present ideas to your supervisor so that they can be evaluated and discussed, using guidelines as a foundation to build your own resolution.
  • Proactive initiatives: you will seek out new methods or ideas, finding more efficient ways to achieve tasks and manage your time.
  • You will be expected to contribute to Town Hall monthly meetings and demonstrate a sense of curiosity for new opportunities. 
  • Client management: you will learn how to meet client requirements without putting unreasonable demands on the company.
  • You will learn to balance time constraints and expectations, contributing to solutions that bring benefit to ourselves and our clients.
  • Progression We would like you to gain a sense of achievement and discovery from the internship that you can build upon.
  • Particularly, being able to identify a specific project or initiative that you were responsible for or took ownership of.
  • Following a final internship review, this position has the potential to turn into a paid position within these fields, based on distinctive performance in your own area of interest and expertise: client services / sales officer / studio admin / digital officer.
