H&M Group Customer Service Agent – Edinburgh
Full Time – Permanent, 39 hour contract
Annual salary of £17,724.72; paid fortnightly

Your main responsibility will be to communicate clearly with our customers via phone and email and ensure they are kept at the heart of everything we do by living our values.

Our operational hours are Monday to Friday, 6am – 9pm and at the weekend between 6am – 6pm. As a result, we would require you to be fully flexible and available to work any 5 out of 7 days per week. Please note there is limited availability for 8am starts if transport is a concern.
