This highly regarded independent research consultancy are looking to expand their talented quant team at AD level, due to recent growth and new business. The role offers a fantastic opportunity for you to further advance your quant research career and help to play an active role in the wider running of the agency and their future growth.
Key responsibilities of the role:
* Oversee the delivery of exceptional and accurate quantitative research projects for your clients, helping your team to ensure they have the guidance and support they need to deliver client objectives
* Help to further grow the wider agency revenue and participate in new business and new client engagement
* Manage and support your team, ensuring their growth and development
* Part of the wider management team, helping to shape the future growth of the organisation and their direction
* Manage senior level client relationships
Key skills required:
* To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate a strong background in delivering primary quantitative research projects from within a market research agency
* Most likely you will be a senior RM or junior AD looking for a more business focused role, where you can really have an impact in the wider agency
* You will be interested in innovative research techniques and emerging new tools/approaches and always be striving to try something new
* You will be strong at managing clients and building rapport
* You will have strong people management experience and enjoy developing junior members of a team
* You will be commercially aware and have prior experience of new business pitches
* You will be articulate and strong at communicating insight and research in an engaging way
