Product Designer in London

We have an exciting opportunity at a sector leading Market Research company who provide audience profiling on a global scale to the world's largest brands and agencies. They have recently hired a new Creative Director that is reshaping their brand, during this rebrand they are working with a super successful branding agency along with their in house design team.

They are looking for a Product Designer to join their already impressive product design team; you will be working alongside 1 lead product designer, 2 UX designers and 2 other product designers, as a team you are challenged to push creativity and maximise new ideas.

The ideal candidate would be a strong Midweight to senior Product Designer. The main objective would be to work on the platform making it visually more interesting and improve the interactions and interface working closely with the lead Product Designer.

You will be required to:
*Improve UI of existing products.
*Design flows and experiences that are simple yet elegant.
*Produce multiple concepts and prototypes
*Apply pixel-perfect attention to detail.
*Take broad conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful and valuable for users.
*Listen to users and use their needs to guide us to the best solution.
*Be autonomous.

About you:
*Looking for someone with strong experience designing at either tech companies or design
agencies.
*A portfolio showing a strong track record of product design.
*You will be a Product Designer who understands what is required to create valuable, people-
oriented experiences.
*Experienced and advanced in Sketch and understand how to create design systems.
*Familiar with prototyping tools.
*A talented system thinker.
*To have a people focused design mentality.
