Contact Centre Cloud Solutions Architect in Manchester

Job description

Barclays are hiring for an experienced solutions architect to provide solutions architecture and design for customer contact channels including telephony, webchat, video and supporting services. You would have ideally worked with Cloud based solutions and delivered on E2E Solutions.

Experience of migrating from traditional on premise architecture to Cloud based solutions 




        Knowledge of contact centre technologies including inbound and outbound telephony, IVR, webchat, email handling, and voice biometrics and voice analytics is expected

•        Strong experience working with Cloud Tools E.g. AWS
•        Knowledge of Java / Java Enterprise 
•        Competence in the execution of substantial IT delivery programmes from inception through delivery
