Media specialist in London

Job description

As a Media Specialist at PANDORA you will be reporting into the Marketing Director and working alongside a brand team of 6 to support with optimisation, reporting and analysis of media. You will have a strong analytical background together with media agency experience in planning and buying, to enable you to support the brand team with executing cost efficient media plans.

 

Key Responsibilities Include:

Analysis & Reporting

  • Work directly with the Marketing Director and Finance team to identify and manage cost efficient ROI targets for the marketing team to work to
  • Support brand marketing team to implement and utilise global tools (econometric modelling) to provide recommendations and optimisations to drive cost efficient revenue
  • Supply periodic analysis and reporting documentation to the wider business across both offline and online media showing the impact on store footfall
  • Work with the eCommerce Analyst to translate online financial revenue target into online digital marketing channel targets
  • Set up standardised agency reporting for weekly/monthly reporting all online channel performance
  • Provide information for EMEA campaign pre and post evaluations reports
  • Work with the brand marketing team to identify new ways to report on omni-channel performance
  • Work together with the eCommerce Analyst, CRM team and brand marketing team to understand the PANDORA UK customer journey

Media Agency Support
Manage audits with global partner Media Path and Global Procurement, to evaluate media agency pricing commitments
Support Digital Marketing Manager and Brand Manager in the application of all mandatory global media tools (e.g. Econometric Sales modelling and partners)
Lead the evaluation of Media agency performance in line with the agreed commercials (team, hybrid payment model)

Relationships
Work together with our EMEA and Global media teams
Build a strong relationship with the UK brand marketing team
Work closely with our eCom and Merchandising teams to understand commercial objectives

Key competencies:

Experience with; econometric modelling and reporting tools, agency contracts and pricing structures
A minimum of 4 years media agency experience is required (media planning and buying) Analytical experience, combining data from varied data sets
Experience of Adobe Analytics is preferred
Excellent at developing close and preferred relationships with key platform partners to get deeper insights, adapt to evolving best practices and secure first-to-market opportunities
Strong communicator and brand ambassador
Builds relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Thrives in a dynamic, changing and fast-paced environment
Stay up to date with the latest media best practice and trends for marketing
