About the role
We have an opportunity for a highly motivated and driven individual to join our culinary team and work alongside our award winning Executive Chef . Working across the whole campus, your main duties will be as follows:

•To plan, organise and direct the preparation and cooking of food ensuring that the company’s reputation for quality is always enhanced for customers and clients
•Taking responsibility for the food production with a hands-on approach across the whole campus
•Driving sales through centrally driven menu planning and promotions and preferred suppliers
•Responsible for all aspects of Food Safety, Health & Safety and COSHH
•The Senior Sous Chef will also be required to implement and maintain food monitoring procedures to facilitate budgetary control and to monitor all costs involved in the kitchen against agreed budgets
•Covering any absences of the Campus Head Chef where required
•Overseeing all other Chefs across the campus
•Acting as allergen champion for the whole campus
