The Role
The successful candidate will join the growing team in a client facing role that is responsible for the planning, activation, optimisation and reporting of activity across various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and Snapchat.
You will be the day-to-day manager for several accounts within the paid social team. With the support of experienced team members, you will deliver against client objectives and exceed them with a proactive, can-do attitude and desire to provide best-in-class paid social activation and analysis.
* Developing paid social plans and recommendations that maximise performance and contribute to award winning work
* Working with internal teams to ensure paid social campaign briefs are fulfilled to a high standard
* Advising clients on the correct way to implement measure campaigns (e.g. Reach and frequency vs auction, KPI selection, attribution, lift studies)
* Building and managing standard and ad hoc reports, through excel and data visualisation tools
* Providing meaningful and insightful analysis and presenting strategy, plans and post-campaign analysis to clients
* Keeping up to date records of major account changes, tests and optimisations
* Providing the wider agency with relevant and accurate data from campaign activity
* Immersing yourself within your clients' business sectors, to identify key opportunities and areas for growth

*Practical: Ability to use a range of media technology (Facebook Ads Manager, Facebook Power Editor including Bulk Upload, Facebook Custom Audiences, Facebook Audience Insights, Facebook Business Manager, Twitter Ads platform and Twitter Tailored Audiences) and experience integrating advanced measurement products from Nielsen and Facebook into campaigns.
