What are you going to do:
You'll work closely alongside our Membership Director [Christian Rodwell] to ensure that every single member has the support they require inside of our community.
You’ll be given the autonomy to make the role your own and bring your ideas as to how we can continually improve the membership experience for our clients so that they can achieve the results they are looking for.
A typical week might look something like this:
- Assisting members with questions regarding the programme in a timely manner
- Managing upcoming group coaching calls, sending out reminder emails and uploading the recordings to the membership site after each session
- Studying other companies for new ideas of how we can improve our client’s experience and taking a pro-active role in implementing them into the business
- Contributing to the creation of new content and co-ordinating designers and other members of the team to deliver within a specific time-frame
- Project-managing forthcoming promo campaigns and launches and helping to build-out sales pages, webinars and email sequences
