Senior UX Designer - Global Travel Brand in London

Source have partnered up with a Global Travel brand with their head offices based in the heart of London. Recruiting for two talented Sr UX Designers to join their fast growing UX team.

If you're passionate about creating engaging and high performing experience, this is an exciting role, where you'll oversee the user experience design of a range of digital projects, from responsive web sites, to native mobile applications and offline installations. You will be responsible for the full end to end UX process on both offline and online digital products/projects.

The Key responsibilities for the Senior UX Designer include:
* Creating visual storyboards or sketches to visualise and bring your UX designs to life
* Collaborate with Product owners and various stakeholders to understand and interpret requirements
* Facilitate discovery workshops to capture the project scope and ambition
* Design information architecture, site maps, and user flows to build common understanding and alignment across the team and stakeholders
* Present UX solutions internally to the team and project stakeholders, and justify the rationale behind UX decisions, including test results as evidence where necessary.
* Work closely with the Analytics and Insights teams to understand user behaviour and construct A/B and MVT test plans
* Work closely with the product owner to understand the value the product is delivering by setting, tracking, and analysing quantitative metrics
* Champion user experience across the company and with senior stakeholders and demonstrate the benefits the UX process brings.
* Mentor Junior members of the UX design team

For the Senior UX Designer role you will need:
* A passion for creating best in breed digital experiences
* Experience working as a UX/product designer in a commercial environment
* Proficient in prototyping tools (Axure, Invision, Sketch, Marvel, Adobe Creative Suite etc)
* Experience in Visual Design ( A bonus !!)
* Experience using various testing tools
* A strong portfolio demonstrating your end to end UX process and thinking, as well as showcasing your prototyping skills across various digital touch points
* Excellent communication skills as you will be presenting to the wider business
