UX Designer in London

Source have partnered up with a National Sports Media company based in Central London, recruiting for a UX Designer to join their team.

Our client is currently building up their UX discipline which is a key element of the business transformation to digital and their future success. Client wants to be the leading provider of digital products for sports data and insight so you must have the drive to succeed within the role. Their goal is to create and provide timely, authoritative content and experiences, so sports enthusiasts can be deeply informed and inspired.

As the Senior UX Designer your key day to day tasks will include but not limited to:
* Identify and define larger usability issues and opportunities to be addressed and integrated into the larger Product strategy
* Work closely with Product managers on how to solve UX issues and scope opportunities within the product strategy.
* Design and build UX wireframes for larger flows and smaller features
* Contribute to A/B testing and follow up on results
* Constructing, updating and refining user personas
* Construct digital prototypes
* Remote User testing

The key attributes for the Senior UX Designer include:
* Significant industry experience within E Commerce in a predominantly client-side role, high-volume UX role. Working with varied design processes and frameworks to deliver successful UX work.
* Extensive experience collaborating with Senior stakeholders from Product and Technology departments
* Working knowledge of sports editorial or online betting products is a bonus
* Excellent UX design knowledge and always ahead of the trends within UX
* Be able to inspire others
* Be able to present and facilitate UX design workshops
* Exceptional organizational skills and be able to work under pressure and towards tight deadlines.
