Job description

We are a change management consultancy who help our clients’ staff adopt new IT products through modern change management techniques including best practice in planning, communication, coaching and training. How you can expect to spend your day: You will be working closely with our CEO and an expert in Change Management. She spends her week with clients at their offices, working from Waterloo, and remote working 1 day a week. A typical day would be working closely with clients to build and deliver workshops and training programs in different applications and methodologies. Whilst not working on training at clients or creating training videos with Camtasia or similar products you will be creating material to help with this including PowerPoint presentations, animated illustrations, posters and other material to excite them. The ideal candidate’s personality and qualifications: • Marketing degree or similar • Very personable • Has a side hobby in graphic design, and loves creating beautiful PowerPoint slides. • Ability to prioritise and organise multiple concurrent tasks • Evidence of ability to work to tight timelines and quality standards • Experience in planning and organisational skills/project management • Good understanding of the complexity for managing change • Able to communicate effectively using excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong Customer Focus • Evidence of high attention to detail • Team player but able to work individually to get things done • Ability to engage stakeholders across multiple divisions • Excellent Process mapping and designing skills • Good knowledge of the MS Office suite • Willingness to train in new software packages to aid the delivery of our services • Willingness to travel and work away from home (very infrequently, we are London based) We need a get-stuff-done person with a positive attitude, strong people skills, bags of ambition, curiosity and a passion for ; What are the perks of working at this company? • Flexible working hours where possible • 28 days holiday plus Bank Holidays • Supported career development training • Green travel plan • Refer a friend incentive • Wellbeing programme • Recognition programme • Study support
