We are on the lookout for a super organised Operations Coordinator to join our fab creative digital want to hear from you if you are energetic, committed and eager to work in a dynamic agency environment to create, deliver and grow with us. This role will be supporting the Operations Director in managing the scheduling and production lifecycle of all projects that are running through the agency and also supporting in business operations. You will also have the opportunity of working and supporting the team in Shanghai. This role requires an extremely well organised professional who can keep structure and process in place. You will be fully immersed in assisting and managing small integrated cross-platform campaigns from brief to delivery, along with being the person in the know for all projects understanding each project lifecycle and its deliverables. Building on strong communication and relationship skills, this role will be hands-on from the start so we need someone who isn’t afraid of being busy and who is super detailed and can juggle multiple workloads to strict time deadlines. You’ll work within a team that will push and develop your skills whilst teaching you how to succeed in commercial advertising project management in a company where creativity has no limits. How you can expect to spend your day: Working alongside a passionate team that wants to deliver amazing work for our clients. You will be assisting the Operations Director and getting involved in everything operational with multiple touchpoints within the business so you will learn how every department works and you will help oversee all functions within these areas. You will monitor all projects that run through the business and be up to speed on where every project is from timesheets, lifecycle and revenue. The ideal candidate’s personality and qualifications: Understanding of business operations desired. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple workloads whilst working to rigid deadlines. The ability to understand and implicitly follow a projects workflow/process. Able to demonstrate a real passion for commercial content across multiple platforms. Clear and accurate communication skills with external and internal stakeholders with the ability to establish and maintain collaborative relationships. An understanding of the full creative project lifecycle. Be a team player with a real sense of ownership, urgency and drive. What are the perks of working at this company?
