They boast an impressive roster of clients including Pepsi, Heineken, Beats, EA and Google The Role: It’s a fantastic opportunity for someone to step in and learn more about account management and the staffing industry in a 6 week part-time placement. You will have the opportunity to work alongside our account management team, supporting them with various administrative tasks. You will be working to support the account management team in delivering individual campaigns to the highest standards. This will ensure that agency wide trusted relationships are built that lead to our company being the agency of choice for all future staffing requirements. Day to Day Responsibilities of the Role: Recruitment General and job specific: day to day staff recruiting, screening staff for campaigns, booking staff onto campaigns and briefing staff ahead of campaigns via telephone to ensure they are fully prepared for their upcoming job Creating staff profiles (including video profiling) Managing staff database working through applications and potential new recruits, updating staff appraisals once a job has been completed and processing staff expenses as well as dealing with any pay related queries Explore and develop new recruitment methods through social media, upcoming events that we could potentially attend Manage logistics and associated staffing admin required for campaign delivery booking transport or accommodation for more complex campaigns, or arranging delivery/courier services Other administrative duties to support Account Managers Operations Contribute to content and manage social media channels Management of inbound calls and emails from staff to the our UK email account Support more senior members of the team with ad hoc research tasks & general admin The ideal candidate's skills & experience: A recent graduate looking to develop commercial experience Well-developed interpersonal skills and confidence to speak to staff, suppliers, etc. – confident phone ; A first class listener and communicator, with great organisational and trouble shooting skills Strong multi-tasking, organisational skills with the ability to prioritise Excellent time management and attention to detail Ability to work as a team member, and willing to provide ; Nature of work: This is a temporary contract starting 10th January through to the end of February 2020 paying National Mininum Wage It's part-time - you'll either be working Saturday through to Tuesday, or Sunday to Tuesdays *No cover letters, please submit you CV to be considered* *please note the working days - weekend work is included*
