Golf Advisor / Front of house role (part-time & full time)

What are you going to do:

Key responsibilities:

• Welcome and set up guests on our golf simulators, providing them with a clear understanding of game play to ensure they have the best experience possible
• Take food and drink orders with a strong knowledge of our menus to offer recommendations
• Help with the maintenance and upkeep of our simulators to ensure they are presented to the high standard required for our guests
• Communicate effectively with customers to inform of all services we offer at Urban Golf including membership and practice bundle packages and lessons
• Build strong relationships with our regular clients and members
