As Service Desk Agent (m/f/d) you mainly deal with the acceptance and registration of incidents. You resolve these incidents as quickly as possible and, if necessary, consult a specialist and/or transfer the incident to a colleague. In this sense, as Service Desk Agent (m/f/d) you support the customers and are responsible for finding a satisfying solution to their inquiries. As a Service Desk Agent (m/f/d) you know how to use a help desk management tool (such as Clientele, SM7 and/or Topdesk), you are solution-oriented and have a keen eye for finding solutions to difficult problems.
