What are you going to do:
As a Programme Teamer your tasks would consist of;
- Supervision, preparation and implementation of activities & cccompanying young people on excursions
- You are responsible for the wellbeing and programme participation of all our customers in the camps
- To create events, to make international friends and to gain work experiences in areas such as time management, international relations, team work, customer care and programme design
- You must receptive our approach of language workshops, active participation and supervision/safeguarding of students
- Be able to organise needs based activity programmes including sports, workshops, arts and crafts and excursions
When can you start?
You are available to work for a minimum of two weeks for the seasonal jobs or three months for long term jobs. Specific dates for 2020 you will find below.
- Long term placements are available from April to June and August to October 2020 in the Bavarian Alps, the Bavarian Forest and the southern region of the Eifel.
- Two to six week seasonal jobs are available in April, July to August and in October in camps near Berlin, near Munich, in the Bavarian Alps and in Bitburg (Eifel).

- 01.04 – 05.04.2020 in the Language Centre Southwest
- 08.07-12.07.2020 in the Language Centre Southwest

- 29.06 - 9.08.2020 Language Centre South – English Language Camp
- 12.07 - 9.08.2020 Eifel) – English Language Camp
- 12.07 - 9.08.2020 Language Centre Southwest (Eifel) – Girls Camp
- 11.10 - 25.10.2020 Language Centre Southwest (Eifel) – English Language Camp
*NOTE* 18+ only & Fluent English language is a must & German if you wish to work in the girls camps
What we offer:
- Single or twin accommodation plus full-board catering
- You will have regular times off per week
- You will receive a flat rate travel allowance to and from the camp and to the training event
What we ask:
- At least finished high school
- You must be a team player
- Be open minded, flexible, reliable and motivating
- Be able to work closely and constructively with the local management teams
- You are a minimum 18 years’ old at the start of employment
- You have very good English skills, since our training events are held mostly in English
- If you want to work in the Girls Camp (Summer only) you need to be female and ideally can speak some German
- if you want to work in one of the English Camps you need to be a near native level English speaker or must have a TEFL qualification
- You will need to provide evidence of a clear criminal record
- You should have an up to date First Aid Certificate (8 hours training)
- You have completed our safe guarding online course
