• Architectural roadmap for the implementations within the COE
• Oversee projects/implementations to ensure compliance to the architecture
roadmap
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define functional and technical
requirements
• Provide oversight on the architecture and design of various Salesforce
domains within the COE
• Conduct process reviews
• Build integration strategies
• Gather data migration requirements, define a data migration plan and perform
complex data migrations
• Proficiency in building solutions using Salesforce CRM with good knowledge of
Community Cloud, Sales and Service Cloud
• Exposure to integration of Salesforce with Enterprise applications
• Integration application experience
• Financial services experience
• Excellent organisational skills
• Excellent written & oral communication skills
• Salesforce certification
