Our Risk, Finance and Treasury Technology team is global, sitting in multiple locations like the US, UK, Czech Republic and India. They are accountable for the delivery of business change and technology transformation for the RFT functions globally, working with business customers to develop and implement long term strategic IT solutions.
We need a BA to co-ordinate, plan and perform analysis tasks for one or more components of a programme and / or transaction cycle business process and / or specialist applications. You will act as a review and quality gate for analysis output, ensuring root cause is addressed and right decision delivered for user requirements.
• Ensure solutions are designed in the right way in-line with technology strategy
• Provide support to the Lead BA’s / PM’s, helping to articulate and present effective requirement proposals within a project
• Understand high level business area requirements
• Participate in the design process coordinated by the programme management team, from design approval to functional design completion
• Own the delivery of work assigned to you, driving it to successful completion
• Liaise with technology teams for reported defects and resolving them to closure
• Strong background working in technology projects, sitting in the lines between technical teams and business level
• Commercial exposure working on front-end and back-end BA projects
• Exposure working on a variety of sizeable projects from a global perspective
• Exposure working in a RFT space
• Exposure to regulatory reporting systems (system deliverables)
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
You will be working at our technology hub in Scotland, Aurora house; a stones through away from Glasgow Central Train Station.
