We are looking for a Restaurant Team Leader to join our Brewers Fayre team!
Restaurant Team Leader – Brewers Fayre

Of course, they also love the classics cooked up in our kitchen- from tasty bar snacks to traditional Sunday roasts.
We’ll rely on you to make sure every area works well together- From the restaurant, to the bar, to table service. It’s all about getting the best from each member of the team. Reporting into the Restaurant Manager, you’ll be a key member of the management team. You’ll be an all-round expert when it comes to creating and delivering excellent customer experiences. Knowing our latest drinks and food menu inside-out, you’ll share your knowledge and passion leading by example, getting stuck in to help and support your team.
You’ll bring proven experience of leading shifts- Always striving to deliver great customer service. If a problem arises, you’ll help to solve it and when things go well, you’ll recognise the part everyone has played. You’ll thrive within a fast-paced environment, taking pride in everything you do whilst being a skilled multi-tasker, ready to adapt when priorities change.
Like all of us, you really care about our customers- The on-going team coaching and training you deliver will ensure a consistent, personalised customer experience is always delivered. As a true leader your hunger to lead and motivate a team will be second to none, consistently delivering shift KPIs. Leading from the front you’ll ensure individuals working the restaurant floor, serving on the bar and in our kitchen communicate well and effectively in order to achieve a seamless and smooth restaurant operation.
