We have an opportunity for a Creative Design Assistant to be a part of the Solutions Team at this fantastic company! Key Requirements: Design key project documents, notably conceptual designs that bring sessions to life through high-impact visuals and story telling Produce supporting materials for learning sessions and experiences, for example, slide decks, print collateral and animations Create showreels, teasers and event intro videos for clients and event participants Develop commercial and social media assets to help drive business growth Key Requirements: You will need technical and creative skills to deliver the highest-quality work and the growth mindset to be part of the team. Background in Graphic Design/Motion Graphics/Multimedia Proficient using Photoshop, Microsoft Office Suite & After Effects Advantageous would be skills in Illustrator, Sketch, XD Knowledge of social media content creation and current trends Planning and organisational skills Ability to be inspirational and bring value to the company Agile with desire to grow as a designer and upskill You will have a keen eye for detail, layout and visual styles and experience of working according to brand guidelines Highly organised with excellent time management skills and ability to hit tight deadlines Ability to work in a team, but able to take responsibility on an individual level
