Inbound Customer Service
Job Title: Permanent Inbound Call Centre Advisor Location: Colindale Salary: £ Salary Reviews: 3 month (probation success), 6th month and 12th month. Bonus: Bonus available after successful probation Probation: 3 months Annual Paid Leave: 28 days per annum based on a 40 hour week (1 additional day per year of service, up to 31 days) Progression: Permanent role with potential for progression based on performance and role availability. Our client is a market leading mid-sized contact centre based in North London who specialise in inbound call handling such as helplines, orderliness and customer service support, with an outbound division running telemarketing, appointment setting and customer reactivation campaigns. Specialist sectors include, Financial Services, Help-Desks, Bookings and Reservations, and the Automotive Industry services. We are looking for an individual who is naturally customer focused and empathetic towards customer needs, and will strive to deliver within a target driven environment, this role will hold progression and reward for the person that is willing to drive their own success! Requirements · Excellent communication skills, articulate and confident with great telephone manner · Happy to work shift patterns including weekends · Problem solving abilities · A friendly, professional and vibrant personality · Good interpersonal skills to be able to deal with people at all levels · Reliable and excellent time keeping skills · Being able to work independently as well as within a team. · Enthusiastic and self-starter. · Proven track record within inbound call centre environment · Previous Contact Centre Service Skills (preferably in an outsourced environment) · Good numeracy and IT skills
