This leading upscale marketing company specialises in luxury brands. They provide a range of bespoke creative opportunities, from insightful marketing strategy and repositioning, to strategic long-term co-branded partnerships. Working with some of the industry leaders and a range of iconic brands, this company has a portfolio that spans a range of sectors from the arts, music and culture to sport, automotive and retail. The successful candidate will support the team with the promotional and creative business areas of the company, particularly in the arts industry with a focus on activating partnerships involving luxury brands and galleries, art exhibitions, fairs, auction houses and other art institutions. Key Responsibilities: Assist with presentations/proposals for potential clients and quarterly reports Lend support and specialist knowledge to the team from art world perspective Assist in accurate drafting/editing/proofing of promotional literature Support the compilation of detailed meeting agendas and notes Accurate & timely completion and delivery of all projects Maintain library of client/brand collateral Research and ensure all brand and industry information is updated Assist in client/partner events, attending when necessary Assist with special request reservations, including group bookings, internationally Competitor analysis research and proposals of new brands Compile expenses for submission to clients and support financial controller General office administration Key Requirements: The candidate must have at least 1 year experience working in the art industry and a willingness to work on collaborations with luxury brands. It would be preferable if the candidate has experience of the following: Educated to degree level Must have proficient knowledge of the art industry Marketing and Communications experience preferred Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Multi-tasker with proven systematic and analytical approach Understanding of the values and expectations within the luxury sector Focused, organised and self-motivated with the ability to adhere to deadlines Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Professional, reliable, presentable and welcoming
